Spelling Bee Solver — Find Every Word in the Hive

A spelling bee solver should not force the full answer list on you. HiveMate starts with the letters, then lets you stop at hints or open the dictionary list.

How to use spelling bee solver

  1. Fill the gold center, then the six outer letters.
  2. Press Hints to see counts, or Answers to see the words.
  3. Ask the AI coach to explain a miss or define a word you found.

What you type

The puzzle is always seven different letters. One of them is required in every word. In the honeycomb that letter sits in the gold hex. The other six can be used or ignored, and any letter may be repeated.

Paste works too. Type the center letter in capitals and the rest in lowercase, in any order, then the hive fills itself. Spaces and punctuation are ignored.

What the solver checks

A word counts when it has at least four letters, uses only the seven letters, and includes the center. The finder walks a dictionary, so the total, the pangram count and the maximum score are calculated, not guessed by the AI.

Turn on uncommon words if you want the long dictionary. Leave it off if you want the shorter list of words people actually use. Either way, a newspaper puzzle may still reject some of them.

Use it to learn the hive, not just to finish

Open hints first and try to name the words yourself. When you are stuck, ask the coach for a nudge based on the two-letter counts. Open answers only at the end, and read the ones you missed. That is the habit that moves a score from Good to Genius.

Frequently asked questions

Does the solver work for any seven letters?

Yes. It is not locked to one daily puzzle. Homemade hives, classroom hives and the day’s letters all use the same rules.

How fast is it?

The dictionary is loaded once in your browser. After that, a hive solves as soon as the seventh letter is in place.
